WCF Installed in Wrong Order

Worksoft Diagnostics has reported a configuration/installation with IIS and Microsoft's WCF technologies.  One possible cause of this issue is installing these Microsoft components in the wrong order.

The resolution for this is to follow these instructions:

1. Click "Start"
2. Type "cmd" and press "Enter"
3. Enter the following command verbatim:

"%WINDIR%\Microsoft.Net\Framework\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation\ServiceModelReg.exe" -r

4. If on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008, also enter the following command:

"%WINDIR%\Microsoft.Net\Framework64\v3.0\Windows Communication Foundation\ServiceModelReg.exe" -r

NOTE: The above resolution does not work on Windows Server 2012 with IIS 8. If on Windows Server 2012 with IIS8, please see the instructions in the following article to resolve the problem.
