Certify Data Functionality via Certify Connect Fails

Worksoft Diagnostics has reported that Certify Data functionality is failing via Certify Connect service calls. 

If you see other failures for Certify Data capability, it means that there may be some issues with missing or invalid Worksoft transports for Certify Data installed in your SAP Systems.  For further guidance you can refer to:

However, if this is the only failure, then it is likely that you may be missing Certify Data plugins within the Certify Connect window service folder,   or  it could mean that you have older versions of the same.

Please ensure that your plugins for Certify Data have been installed.
