Worksoft Diagnostics has reported: 
cached Databases in Connect DO NOT Match the content in the database

This means that it is likely the case that someone has made a change to the connection details for one or more databases within Certify Connect and forgot to perform one step.

After any change is made in Certify Connect, the windows service on the server:  "Worksoft Certify Connect Service" MUST BE RESTARTED.
